Yuzuru Yamakawa

山川 譲

Born in 1993, Asahikwa-city, Hokkaido.
He was in charge of design for YAMAKAWA RATTAN which was founded by Shichiro Yamakawa 1952. Over the years,he has received several awards, one of which, was the Tokyo Governor Award for a rattan chair that he has designed.
In 1994, he was hired as a specialist for the Overseas Trade Development Association, whereby he assited in setting up factories for manufacturing rattan products.
He also gave guidance of operations in cities such as Cirebon in West Jawa, Indonesia.
He focused on Industrial promotion and development of designers.
